Obituary for Anthony "Tony" Q. Shriver

A gathering of family and friends will be from 12:00-5:00 p.m. with a time of sharing at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 11, 2017 at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids for Anthony “Tony” Q. Shriver, age 22, who passed away unexpectedly on Saturday.

Tony was born on June 15, 1995 in St. Cloud, MN to Kevin Shriver and Roberta “Bobbi” Halverson. He graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in Casper, WY in 2014. Tony worked as a metal fabricator for Midwest Expanded Metal in Waconia, MN. He enjoyed snowboarding, skateboarding, longboarding with his dog Lexi, and working on his Subaru. He loved shoes and hats, taking pride in his appearance with perfectly coordinating outfits. Tony was a loving, courageous, witty, intelligent, genuine, loyal, free-spirited person.

Tony is survived by his loving girlfriend of five years, Shyanne Garcia of Casper, WY; parents, Kevin Shriver of Waconia, MN, Bobbi Shriver (Tom Salzer) of Sauk Rapids, MN; sister, Chantell Shriver (Jon Hutton) of Savage, MN; brothers, Tom McKinzie of Casper, WY and Nicholas Skarphol of Sauk Rapids, MN; and many friends. Tony was preceded in death by his grandparents.
