Funeral services will be 10:30am on Friday, August 3, 2012 at Redeemer Lutheran Church for Mary Ann Caroline Siems, 81 of Sartell who died Monday. Rev. Charles Haake will officiate and burial will be at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls. Relatives and friends may call from 4:00-7:00pm on Thursday, August 2 at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in St. Cloud and one hour prior to services at Redeemer Lutheran on Friday.

Mary Ann was born on April 23, 1931 in Blue Earth to Alvin and Edna (Schmidt) Klatt. On July 24, 1955 she married Melvin Siems at Trinity Lutheran Church in Long Prairie. She was employed for 20 years at the 25th Avenue Dairy Bar and was an Avon representative for almost 30 years. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Mary Ann enjoyed playing cards, scrabble, reading and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Mary Ann is survived by her husband, Melvin; children, Marlene (Robert) Baird of Derby, KS, Lacinda “Cindy” (Terry) Woods of Derby, KS, Terry (Jane) of St. Cloud; grandchildren, Nicholas (Jennifer), Daniel, Andrew and Anthony; and a sister, Marjorie Mechels of Eagan.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Edward Klatt.
